Your extremities will be protected by gloves, socks, and shoes while using the cryotherapy machine. We recommend that men wear comfortable shorts and remove their shirt or wear a tank top; women wear comfortable shorts and a sports bra or tank top; to maximize skin exposure.
Also, no metal, please do not wear clothing or jewelry with wire or metal clasps. Also do not use lotions, oils, colognes, or any products containing alcohol before treatment.
